From educational goals to engaging learning experiences
More than a place to upload course files.
A learning platform should reflect how people actually learn, teach and collaborate. Phoenix brings its experience in Erasmus+ training, professional development and VET mobility together with digital product design to create environments that support real educational activities.
We work with project partners to understand the learners, learning outcomes, activities and organisational requirements before recommending a custom platform, an extension to an existing system, or a lighter digital resource hub. Technology follows educational purpose—not the other way around.
What a strong learning platform can enable
Flexible learning pathways
Combine self-paced learning, facilitated sessions and practical activities.
Clear learner journeys
Help participants understand what to do next and see their own progress.
Useful insights for educators
Make completion, engagement and feedback easier to understand.
Platforms that serve learners, trainers and international partners.
Courses & Learning Paths
Structured modules, clear navigation, prerequisites and blended-learning pathways that fit the curriculum.
Assessments & Feedback
Knowledge checks, reflective activities, assignments and practical feedback rather than completion alone.
Roles & Permissions
Dedicated spaces for learners, trainers, coordinators and content administrators.
Multilingual Content
Language-aware navigation and editable resources designed for cross-border project participation.
Progress & Recognition
Progress summaries, completion evidence and certificates when appropriate to the learning model.
Resources & Accessibility
Downloadable materials, captions, keyboard access and mobile-friendly content presentation.
Learning that continues beyond the workshop
One environment across activities, locations and devices.
Erasmus+ workshops and training activities often create valuable resources that participants need before an event and long after it ends. A thoughtful platform can connect preparation, live participation, peer exchange and follow-up in a coherent experience.
We can explore learning pathways that combine videos, interactive exercises, reflections, resources, assignments and moderated collaboration—without overwhelming participants with unnecessary features.
- Pre-course orientation and onboarding
- Learning resources linked to face-to-face training
- Practical tasks, self-assessment and reflection
- Trainer feedback and accessible resource collections
Built for teams that create and maintain content
Clear ownership, practical administration and long-term use.
For international project partnerships, content ownership and review can be just as important as the learner interface. We plan who can edit which resources, how translations are coordinated, and how content can remain available after a project milestone.
Where a consortium already uses Moodle or another platform, we evaluate whether integration or a focused enhancement provides more value than building everything anew.
- Trainer and editor permissions
- Shared review and translation workflows
- Reporting appropriate to project objectives
- Administrator guides, source handover and maintenance planning
What partners could create together
These are example ideas, not claims about previously completed Phoenix products.
International teacher academy
A multilingual learning hub combining workshops, practical tasks and reusable teaching resources.
VET skills pathways
Competency-oriented modules and reflection tools connected to practical training.
Youth learning resource library
Accessible, bite-sized learning resources and interactive activities from several project partners.
A collaborative development process
Educational insight, technical delivery, piloting and sustainability—planned together with project partners.
Understand the learning design
Map audiences, learning objectives, trainer tasks and existing tools.
Prototype key journeys
Test a sample learner pathway and content-management workflow.
Build, pilot and improve
Develop agreed modules and validate them with educators and participants.
Train and hand over
Document ownership, permissions, content updates and future support.
Inclusive, multilingual and manageable from day one
We consider accessibility, learner privacy, translation needs, content stewardship and mobile connectivity during discovery. The goal is a platform that can genuinely be used by educational partners—not an impressive demo that becomes difficult to maintain.
Accessibility
Readable structure, inclusive interactions and testing against an agreed standard.
Data & Privacy
Minimum necessary learner data, suitable access controls and clear responsibilities.
Sustainability
Hosting, costs, administrator skills and resource licensing considered in advance.
Interoperability
Import/export and integration planning to reduce lock-in where feasible.
Questions from project partners
Practical answers for educators, coordinators and organisations exploring a digital project.
Do we need a completely new LMS?
Not necessarily. We evaluate existing systems first and recommend an extension, integration, resource hub or custom build based on the learning requirements.
Can partner organisations contribute content?
Yes, a project can plan contributor roles, review workflows, translations and publication permissions for each partner.
Can the platform support blended learning?
Yes. Learning journeys can combine in-person sessions, online resources, self-paced activities and follow-up tasks.
What happens after project completion?
We plan handover, ownership, access, hosting, administrative training and feasible support options with the partnership.
Planning a digital learning environment with your partners?
Education, international cooperation and EduTech—working together.
Tell us about your learners, educational goals and project activities. Phoenix can explore how a learning platform fits into the partnership’s wider training and innovation objectives.
