What can Phoenix contribute to an Erasmus+ partnership?
Phoenix brings educational expertise and digital capabilities into a shared project role. Depending on the objectives and the responsibilities agreed with the consortium, we can contribute to training, mobility-related learning, educational resources, piloting, dissemination, software development and long-term use of project results.
Is Phoenix only an EduTech organisation?
No. Phoenix Training Center has an established foundation in Erasmus+ education, teacher development, training and VET mobility. EduTech adds digital-development expertise to these existing strengths; it does not replace them.
Can you work with our existing website or learning platform?
Often yes. We start by understanding the existing technology and determine whether an integration, extension or new solution makes the most sense.
Can project platforms remain available after the project ends?
We consider sustainability with the partnership from the start, including hosting, administrator training, documentation, maintenance requirements and responsibility for ongoing operation. Any longer-term arrangements are agreed for the specific project.
How do we agree responsibilities and outputs?
We plan activities and deliverables with the partnership, clarifying who is responsible for educational content, technical development, pilots, review, dissemination and long-term sustainability. Specific roles and resources follow the applicable project framework and partnership arrangements.
How do you approach AI, privacy and accessibility?
We select technologies based on the educational objective, use appropriate human oversight and evaluate relevant data protection and accessibility requirements during project scoping.
